Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not offer International Shipping but look forward to expanding in the near future.

What are the shipping costs?

Your shipping cost is calculated based on your shipping address, the shipping method chosen, and the weight of your order at checkout. Free shipping with orders over $75

What carrier do you use?

Domestic Packages are shipped via USPS First Class Packages, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Priority Mail Express.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes we do, however please be aware that shipping may take longer than usual depending on where it is being shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order please contact info@gracebeautifulskin.com within 24 hours of purchase for help. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been processed and shipped. 

I put the wrong address on my order, what should I do?

Please contact info@gracebeautifulskin.com within 24 hours of purchase so we can best assist you. Grace Beautiful Skin will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at info@gracebeautifulskin.com with your inquiry.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order here.

Do you offer returns?

Our team at Grace Beautiful Skin is committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We guarantee that you'll love our products, but in the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged or not suitable for use please contact customer support at info@gracebeautifulskin.com and we will be happy to help you! Beauties must contact our support service within 48 hours of receipt. Please include your order confirmation number so we can quickly assist you.

I received incorrect items in my order, what should I do?

Please contact info@gracebeautifulskin.com within 48 hours of receiving the order for assistance. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept online payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Venmo and Paypal.

Why was I charged twice?

You will only be charged for what you purchased. If you see duplicate charges, please give it a few days and it should fall off and the issue should be rectified automatically. However if it still remains and you are positive you only placed one order, please contact us at info@gracebeautifulskin.com for further assistance.

Occasionally gracebeautifulskin.com will apply a gift with purchase to orders. Does Grace Beautiful Skin use parabens or sulfates?

No, we do not use parabens or sulfates in any of our products, our products have a shelf-life of 1 year

Do you test products on animals?

No, Grace Beautiful Skin do not test products on animals. All of our products are cruelty free. 

Are the products safe for all skin types?

All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types but if you have specific concerns, please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on the website.

What temperatures do these products need to be stored at?

We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat as our butters are subjected to melt in temperatures over 80 degrees.
